Important Notice for US Customers

Regarding US import fees:

Since the US de minimis rule was abolished on August 29, 2025, even small items imported into the US are subject to certain duties and fees. These duties and fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, so buyers must pay them additionally upon delivery before receiving their items.

As far as we know, the following fees are to occur:
*courier's processing fee : US$16 approximately
*Tariff for ceramics : 15-25% of the invoice amount (Rates vary depending on the shape or material of the product)

As a result, even small purchases will likely incur import costs of at least around $20.
Please note we cannot guarantee the exact amount of duties and fees, so if you would like more information in advance, please contact your local courier's customer support or authorities.
If you refuse to pay the import fees or delay payment, the shipped goods may be disposed of. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or send replacements in such cases.
Please also note that we cannot refund import fees such as customs duties for any reason, including refunds when returning products.
